Human Language
As stated above, it is quite clear that many forms of life besides Homo Sapiens communicate with one another, but, as of yet, we have not developed any method to communicate complicated processes with these other life forms.
It appears that it is only Homo Sapiens that have developed the level of language that enables abstract thinking, planning depth, and symbolic behaviour.
It is possible that even early Homos began to develop more complicated communication systems and that this was part of the reason that their larger brains developed. It could be even so that this was part of the reason that their brains developed more in two halves. Since we have no time machines, we cannot go back to those times to observe. Of course, when these things first happened is unimportant.
We do not know when Homo Sapiens developed more complicated language, but in any case, it took a great number of years before any human language began to be “written”.
The first writing systems that have been discovered come from about 5,000 years ago. These remnants from the Bronze age suggest that none of these systems were widespread.
The first written language that we know of is cuneiform, a wedge-shaped script in Mesopotamia which was probably in use at least 5,000 years ago. This type of script was the Sumerian language that Stichin translated and was the basis of his writings about extraterrestrials in Section 2 above.
Egyptians apparently began to use hieroglyphics a short time after Sumerians began their cuneiform.

There appear to have been five distinct writing systems developed: besides the above-mentioned Mesopotamian cuneiform and the Egyptian hieroglyphics, other systems were developed by the Chinese, the Mayans and the Harappans of the Indus Valley. These 5 systems lead to many future systems, för example the Egyptian lead to the Phonecian which lead to Latin.
